Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with paprika, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if using. This seasoning adds depth and a gentle heat to the chicken.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
