Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure even baking.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat together for about 2 minutes until the mixture is fully blended and creamy.
  3. Add Eggs and Vanilla: Add the eggs one at a time along with the pure vanilla extract. Beat well until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly combined.
  4. Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Add the all-purpose flour, kosher salt, and baking soda to the wet ingredients. Beat just until fully combined, being careful not to overmix to keep cookies tender.
